To start the registration process please go to “My Registration” page and Sing Up first by filling the required fields and submit it by pushing the “Submit” button given at the end of the page, Then please check your e-mail address, you will receive an AIMECS 2019 ID to your addressed e-mail from the AIMECS 2019 Symposium Secretariat. To continue your registration process please go to My Registration to Sing In by using AIMECS 2019 ID sent to you.
The registration will only be confirmed upon receipt of payment in full, as well as a proof of status required for the student fee (please refer to paragraph "Proof of Status").
The fees must be paid in advance on the dates specified. Any bank charges will be charged to the payer. Any missing amount turns the registration into “pending” status until the amount is balanced.
If the full payment and/or the proof of status have not been received before the deadline indicated, the registration will be cancelled OR the next registration date fee will automatically be charged.
Payment for Early Bird Fee by bank transfer is only possible until 13 June 2019 at 24:00 CET.

Proof of Status:
To be eligible for the student fees, students are required to produce documentary evidence of their status. Without this documentation, full delegate fee will be applied.
Proof of status is an official letter written and signed by the head of department or academic institution, which confirms the status of the applicant, is a PhD student and/or post-doctoral researcher. The document must be issued in English on the organization’s official letterhead and stamp.
Completion of Payment:
The completion of payment is required to confirm the registration. The payment can be completed via Credit Card mail order or Bank Transfer. Credit cards other than Visa Card and/or MasterCard are not accepted.
Letter of Invitation:
To receive a letter of invitation, participants must be fully registered to the Symposium, and payment in full has to be submitted.
Participants must be aware that the letter of invitation has to be requested sufficiently in advance and that the letters of invitation will not be sent after 16 September 2018.
The letter of invitation does not financially obligate the AIMECS 2019 Organization in any way. All expenses incurred in relation to the AIMECS 2019 Symposium are the sole responsibility of the participant. The participant must cover any costs for express mailing of documents.
Confirmation of the Registration:
A letter of confirmation of the registration will be sent by email after the AIMECS 2019 Organization Secretariat has received the applicable full payment, and the proof of status (where required).
Proof of payment documents also has to be sent to the AIMECS 2019 Organization Secretariat and the registration will be validated only after the confirmation of the money transfer via Credit Card mail order or Bank Transfer.
Cancelation/Refund Policy:
Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to the AIMECS 2019 Organiation Committee by email or fax before the dates given below.
Please note that registration refunds will be processed within 30 days after the end of AIMECS 2019 and bank charges will be deducted from the refund.

The mail order form should be filled in with accurate details and should be sent to Organization Secreteriat by e-mail or fax ().

The necessary Euro amount will be taken from the credit cards in Turkish Lira according to the daily offcial exchange rate of Turkish National Bank.

Sometimes, everything might be fine; however the credit card companies decline the unexpected suspicious/international transactions in order to get your approval. You may receive a message for approval or you should contact with the company/bank and approve the transaction.

2) Payment via Bank transfer
Bank charges are the responsibility of the customer and should be paid at source in addition to the registration fees. Payment via bank transfer is subject to receipt of confirmation from the bank. The charge will be made in Euro. Please mention your AIMECS 2019 ID Code, your name and “AIMECS 2019″ in the transactipn information.
Deadline for completing payment over bank transfer to benefit from early bird discount is 17 June 2019. (with NO cost to the beneficiary.)
According to the agrement between the bank and the symposium secretariat the bank will not charge any transaction fee of commission to the registration fees sent to the indicated account.
All participants are kindly requested to be attentive to make the remittances covering all expenses and commissions by the sender. Short-change may be requested to complete the Registration process
Please clearly indicate the AIMECS 2019 ID, the name of the participant and AIMECS 2019 in all remittances.
